Do I have to give you my passwords?
No! We will give you an easy step by step guide on how to make an account on the software we use.
You connect your social media channel to it and then you can simply give us 'developer access'
Meaning we have 0 access to your socials & do not have the ability to access customer information.
Which channels can I connect?
We support facebook, instagram & Whatsapp.
You can have this set up on all channels if you advertise across all platforms
What is the set up process?
First of all I will send you a form full of questions to answer about you and your business.
I will also require your website (If you have one) and social media handles to get a good understanding of you & your business.
Then, we will give you a quick set up guide on how to create an account on the software that we use & give us access. It's very straight forward, however if you do require some help we can always help guide you over a zoom call/ phone call!
Once we have set up your DM Assistant - You wil be able to test it and ask it questions. Then when you are happy with it, we can set it live!
Do you set it all up by your self?
No! I have spend a lot of time perfecting this DM assistant with my industry knowledge. However, my partner Jourdan (Business partner and also my real life partner!) handles the more technical side of things. He is always available to help should any technical issues ever arise with your assistant
What is the cost?
We charge a one time set up fee of £499
Then, we charge a maintenance fee of £30pm
Why the monthly fee?
- If you put an offer on in your clinic, hire new staff, offer new treatments etc, this will need to be updated in your DM assistant. So the monthly fee covers this.
Platform fee's -
There is also a monthly charge for the software that we use to set up your assistant. - This fee does not go to us.
This averages around £65pm - depending on how many conversations your DM assistant is having. However, this does not raise significantly with many conversations.
So the average assistant is roughly £95 per month all in.
